The skills certification is the completion of a Lean project within a company, with the production of a report and a presentation on the project carried out. Skills certification complements knowledge certification.
There is no time limit between passing the knowledge certification and passing the skills certification.
The length of training depends on the project. It can last from 3 to 6 months.
The exam can be taken online or in person. If face-to-face, the exam takes place at the Lean 6 Sigma University or on the company’s premises.
