Increase our Lean maturity across all group sites to support our improvement plans by training, certifying, and professionalizing our teams in Lean management.

- Foster a common culture among employees and provide them with the tools they need to solve daily problems and contribute to performance improvement.
Solution
7-Shapes supports Saft in training employees across 16 group sites through our Lean programs, ranging from White Belt to Black Belt, over several years.
By the end of May 2024, nearly 400 people will have completed the training.
These trainings are conducted autonomously via our e-learning platform, the 7-Shapes School, or through certifying courses that also include virtual classroom coaching with our Lean experts.
